APS Pre-University and Degree Colleges are registered Premier Educational institutions started in the year 1964 primarily to cater to the needs of the socially and Economically deserving People of the Society. It is run by the APS Educational Trust. There are several Educational Institutions governed by the Trust across the City. But these two Evening Colleges aim at providing quality, flexible and cost effective education to the working Class of Society.
There are several prominent personalities who, we proudly call them our alumni of our institution. To name a few, Smt.Vijaya noted Kannada Writer, Sri.RajaniKanth Noted Film Actor studied in our institutions.
In recent decades, the attention of the Institution has been more and more focused on educating and empowering the poor, the disadvantaged and the marginalized.

Acharya Patha Sala Evening College of Arts and Commerce was established in 1964 by Sri.N.Ananthachar. with a noble vision to provide higher education opportunities to those who had discontinued their studies, working professionals, and individuals from socially and economically underprivileged backgrounds. This mission of inclusivity and accessibility has made our institution a beacon of excellence and empowerment.
Our students, who balance earning and learning, exemplify determination and resilience. Often surpassing their peers in day colleges in skills and real-world experience, they thrive in an environment that combines academic learning with practical exposure.
