OUR FOUNDER

Prof. N. Ananthachar, a visionary and social reformer, established the APS Educational Trust and Karnataka’s first Evening College in 1964-65 with the noble aim of empowering the socially and economically underprivileged. His unwavering dedication to education transformed countless lives, providing opportunities for those who had discontinued their education or were bound by employment responsibilities.

Through his pioneering efforts, Prof. Ananthachar offered a platform for youthful aspirations to thrive amidst the challenges of daily life. His vision was not only to impart education but to serve society by fostering self-reliance, dignity, and inclusivity. The Evening College became a beacon of hope, enabling individuals from all walks of life to pursue their dreams and attain respected positions in society.
